To cut to the chase, the cloak designs are bland to say the least. Every cloak in the game lacks flair to put it mildly. PVP Cloaks in particular are ridiculous since everyone wears the same old thing whether it be blue or red.
In addition to the achievements in PVP such as Challenger, Rival, Duelist, Gladiator, I propose customized cloaks. Each tier of achievement progressively receives additional customizations.
As far as Guild halls go, the models represented in Everquest, Everquest 2 and Guild wars are something I really enjoy about those games. Within the guild halls are various merchants, places to repair, trade skill areas with trainers, portals to various locations, Banks, Guild banks, all of which can be customized. There are trophy heads in Everquest 2 for your guild hall to display for every raid mob you put down.
I am confident Blizz keeps track of their competition and are aware that most every other MMo has guild halls and why they do not follow suit...meh. But it would be nice to see them implemented.
